At Madison Radiologists, our team of physicians collaborates with hospital facilities, emergency rooms and urgent care centers, imaging centers, and physician groups across the region. When you visit a site that we partner with, you may receive a bill from us for radiology services or a medical imaging exam ordered by your provider.

If you would like to make a payment by phone, please call our Automated Billing Service at 866-863-6740. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
For billing records requests, the most efficient way to obtain copies of billing records is to contact ChartSwap at 855-879-7927 or via their website at Chartswap.com.

Please note one Exception: Exams performed at Dean locations are billed as one invoice by Dean Health System (for both the radiologist and technical components of your bill). For questions regarding these bills, please contact Dean Health System at 608-250‐1593.
Patient Portal
You can visit your Payment Portal by clicking the link above. In your portal, you can access FAQs, provide feedback and chat with the customer support team. You can also use the Patient Portal to make a payment, check account balance, request a statement, update insurance information or set up a payment plan.
